A life-long resident of Rhode Island, Broker/Owner Dean deTonnancourt brings over 35 years of real estate sales experience to the company. 

Dean has been an active voice in the real estate industry, having held many committee posts and leadership roles within the REALTOR®️ organization. Dean is an educator for local and state REALTOR®️ Associations and was elected as 2019 President of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®️. 

Among Dean’s honors are his recognitions as REALTOR® ️ of the Year for the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS ® ️ in both 2010 and 2014, as well as the REALTOR ® ️ of the Year for the State of Rhode Island in 2014.
